The estimate form doesn't reach our servers
The estimate request form on this site does not submit anything to us directly. When you fill it in and press send, it opens your own email app with a message already written — addressed to remodelingsince2012@gmail.com — for you to review and send yourself. Until you send that email, we never receive, see, or store what you typed. Once you do send it, it's an ordinary email in our inbox, kept the way we keep any customer correspondence, and used only to answer you.
We don't run analytics, ads, or tracking scripts
This site loads no analytics platform, advertising pixel, or tracking script of its own, and it sets no cookies itself. If that changes — for example, if we add an analytics tool to understand which pages people find useful — this page will be updated to say so before it happens, not after.
The one thing on this site that isn't ours: Google Maps
The map in the footer is Google's, embedded so you can see where we're based and open the listing directly. It only loads once you scroll down to it — nothing is fetched from Google on any other part of the page. Once it does load, Google may set its own cookies and collect data the way it does on any site that embeds a Google Map; that's between you and Google, governed by Google's privacy policy, not this one.
Links that take you elsewhere
The WhatsApp button on every page is a plain link — pressing it opens WhatsApp, on your phone or in your browser, with a first message already written. We don't embed WhatsApp on the page and nothing loads from Meta until you tap it. The same is true of the Facebook, Instagram and YouTube links in the footer: they leave this site entirely. Each of those services has its own privacy policy governing what happens once you're there.
Children's privacy
This site is built for homeowners hiring a remodeling contractor. It isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If what this site collects or embeds changes, this page will be updated to match, and the effective date above will move. We won't change what we actually do and leave this page describing the old version.
